Swapfiets is more than a bike membership - it’s a subscription to a better world. This was the key message I was asked to bringing to the fore, when I jumped aboard as the brand’s first Creative Director. I was there to take the Netherlands brand to a new level - one that establishes them as a game changer in the mobility space, Europe-wide.
I was personally tasked with updating the brand look & feel across all touch-points, as well as totally overhauling their tone of voice. I led and grew the brand’s creative offering from one designer to a team of makers and doers. Under my leadership, our team executed work that grew our member base by 30% and changed consumer perceptions along the way.
